What vaccinations do you require?

We require all pets to have an up-to-date Rabies vaccination prior to any grooming service. 
Proof of vaccination must be provided either before or at the time of your appointment. 
If Rabies documentation is not provided or is not current, we will be unable to proceed with the service.

Absolutely! We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the spot to another client and keeps our schedule running smoothly.

Appointments that are cancelled with LESS than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice (no-shows) will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the booked service. This balance must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. Our cancellation policy helps us manage our schedule fairly and offer available appointments to other clients.

We recommend bringing puppies and kittens in once they’ve received their first round of vaccinations—usually around 12 weeks of age. The earlier they’re introduced to grooming, the more comfortable they’ll be with the process long-term.

We DO NOT offer flea baths as a regular service. However, if fleas are found on your pet during their appointment, a mandatory flea bath will be administered, and both the cost of the bath and a salon sanitation fee will be added to your invoice.
