Yes! We offer one-on-one, crate-free grooming for an additional fee. These types of appointments need to be booked over the phone to ensure your pup gets the 1-on-1 attention they deserve!
Absolutely! We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the spot to another client and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
We recommend bringing puppies and kittens in once they’ve received their first round of vaccinations—usually around 12 weeks of age. The earlier they’re introduced to grooming, the more comfortable they’ll be with the process long-term.

We use crates primarily for your pet’s safety and to help maintain a calm, structured environment—especially during busy times. Crate-free options are available, but must be arranged in advance by phone and include an additional fee.
If your pet is severely matted, shaving may be the most humane option to avoid pain and stress. We’ll always discuss the condition with you first and walk you through our plan before proceeding.
We perform external anal gland expression upon request. For pets with chronic issues, we recommend having them checked by a veterinarian.
We pluck ear hair when necessary or by request. However, we only do so if the pet tolerates it well and if it's in their best interest.
We DO NOT offer flea baths as a regular service. However, if fleas are found on your pet during their appointment, a mandatory flea bath will be administered, and both the cost of the bath and a salon sanitation fee will be added to your invoice. This is to maintain a clean and safe environment for all pets in our care!
